Registration

What you will need to register

Beginning in 2018 Registration can be completed online using ParentVue. Visit the APS Enrollment page to learn about immunization, proof of address requirements and how to use ParentVue to enroll your student.

After completing the registration online you will still need to attend the school registration process to obtain ID cards for your student(s). ID pictures will be taken at registration. Please have your student wear a solid colored dress code shirt.

Agendas, Accountability Cards, ID's

Agendas will be given to students during the first week of school.  Accountability cards are in the agenda and are used to track student behavior.  ID cards will be given to students during the first month of school.

Athletic Physicals

Physicals are good for one year and must be dated after April 1 of the previous school year. You can obtain the form needed to be filled out by your physician on the Athletic Forms page.
