Behavior Policy

Truman's discipline policy states that students are responsible for their own actions and behavior.  One of our primary objective is to maintain clear communication between home and school.  Our primary communication tool is the Truman Student Agenda.    Please review the quarterly discipline form in your child's planner and sign any discipline issues your child may have had.  It is our belief that parents should be informed of and involved in the discipline process.  We also praise students when they have made good choices.  There is a section in your child's agenda called the Positive Behavior Support card.  Please review your child's PBS card in his/her agenda to view all the positive things your child has been recognized for.
